Teamed up with D.R. Nguyen, we chose a couple of poems from his "Love & Heartbreak" book. Brainstormed ideas for 45 captivating line work illustrations. Gaining inspiration from sources like Pinterest, I did thorough research and wrote down ideas for illustration.
My creative process began with initial sketches in my trusty sketchbooks, which later transformed into creating them using Adobe Illustrator. Our dedication and effort were handsomely rewarded - the poetry book's resounding success, with more than 165 copies finding their way into the hands of eager readers.
